Responsibilities:
Responsible for the Sales & Business Development of a variety of sites including wet and dry hazardous waste and non-hazardous waste, etc.
Achieving targets set and build a very strong network of clients from within the sector
Providing a consultative approach to sales and using technical and industrial knowledge
Responsible for targeting key prospects and offering innovative waste management and recycling solution to clients
Providing the high level of service and technical advice to the clients
Setting up the new Sales team and analyzing current Sales team and strengthening were required to
Responsible for the training of new starters, generating sales reports, tender’s and Bid writing, etc.
Requirements:
A professional experienced in creating and driving strategic Sales and Marketing plans
Experience of winning new contracts, recommending solutions and developing customer relationships
The candidate should have Industrial experience within contaminated soils, hazardous liquid waste, hazardous solid waste, chemical waste, waste management, etc.
Broad experience in delivering results and devising workable solutions to customer requirements
Prior track record of developing long-term business plans

Working closely with the CEO and senior team, the HR Director will play a key role in the business’ growth agenda. Your first priority will be to turn around an informally managed HR department into a well-oiled machine. You will be responsible for establishing systems, policy and processes and provide the ongoing evolution of HR practices, ensuring retention is high on the agenda and that employees remain engaged and are supported as they deliver the business needs. For this reason, it is essential for the HR Director to have ‘hands on’ experience, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record of either formulating a HR department from scratch or developing a newly formed department into well managed and well organised centre of HR excellence. Person Specification: A proven track record in Generalist HR roles, experience working with businesses in the MENA Region is ideal. Expert knowledge of HR best practice. A strategic thinker who is also able, willing and motivated to be “hands on” and work at the operational level. A strong communicator who is able to flex their style as appropriate to suit the audience and circumstances. Able to bring people “on the journey” with them.
