Electric Vehicle (EV) Charging Infrastructure (CI) Advisor and Account Manager

Green Recruitment Solutions are currently seeking an Electric Vehicle (EV) Charging Infrastructure (CI) Advisor and Account Manager for autonomous specialists within battery storage, EV charging and solar energy.

Role:

• Reporting to the Head of EVCI
• As an EVCI Advisor and Account Manager you will develop and accomplish associations with potential and present EVCI customers towards generating sales and attaining performance goals
• Closely functioning closely with the operations team
• Ensuring that excellent quality customer care and service is offered from preliminary customer engagement to post-sale

Responsibilities:

• Developing sales opportunities - EVCI from the initial customer engagement stage to after sales
• Managing external and internal relationships
• Assuring all actions is acquiescent with the company’s obligations under public sector frameworks
• Maintaining precise records of contacts with customers on the company’s customer (CRM) system.
• Ad hoc administrative duties
• Supporting tender responses
• Other duties as assigned

Essential Requirements:

• Qualified with a bachelor’s degree with suitable relevant experience
• Master’s degree in energy, environmental management or sustainable development etc. would be advantageous
• Significant experience of selling a product or service to businesses and/or public sector customers
• Experience of selling resource efficiency (including energy/waste/water efficiency, or sustainable energy) projects would be advantageous
• Must have excellent experience in project management
• Familiar with EV adoption and EVCP deployment drivers and barriers
• Committed to the principles of sustainable development
• Able and willing to attend conferences, site surveys and events at locations across the United Kingdom, sometimes outside traditional operating hours
• Experience of selling EVs or selling/implementing EVCI is beneficial
• Experience of surveying electrical infrastructure and managing projects that improve or monitor air quality is desirable
• Good telephone etiquette
• A team player
• Has the ability to work in a team and independently
• IT literate
• Exceptional presentation and communication skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Must have a full driving licence

The salary for this position is £35,000 + bonus + benefits
